- The official Twitter page of JAMB is presently on fire following the post made by them
- The post was made to add clarity to the newly set cut off mark for university admission
- The grammatical blunder made on the post attracted Nigerians to the page
The official Twitter page of the Joint Admissions and Matriculations Board (JAMB) has been made to receive a lot of attention in the past couple of minutes following the post made by the scheme on the newly set cut off mark for university admission.
The scheme was on a mission to clarify issues on the new cut off mark set to one hundred and twenty marks when the handler made a grammatical blunder.
Nigerians picked on this line immediately; they condemned the system's inability to edit the things posted on the page since it is an academic body which sets exams in order to test the ability of students preparing for tertiary institutions.
As the Nigerian entrance examination board for tertiary-level institutions, the mistake was considered grave given the fact that so many students have been denied admission because they did not pass the exams set by the scheme.

Due to this, Nigerians picked on the post and gave their opinions on it. The handler of the page probably realized something was wrong as the post can no longer be found. Some smart Nigerians however, made screenshots of it and continued to speak their minds regardless.
