Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on Tuesday, August 29, arrived Edo state on a one-day working visit.
The development was made public by Laolu Akande his senior special assistant on media and publicity, via his twitter handle.
The vice president is expected to commission fertilizer and cement plants in advancing the Buhari administration's economic plan.

Akande said the Bua Cement plan being commissioned also meets the expectations of the Buhari administration's economic plan.

NAIJ.com had earlier reported that Osinbajo’s visit to Edo on Tuesday to inaugurate a 60,000 metric tonnes-capacity fertilizer plant in Auchi.
Alhaji Sadiq Kassim, spokesman of Wacot, the company managing the plant, told NAN on Monday in Auchi that the plant would create about 500 direct jobs for people in the area.
