A beautiful corp member serving in Oyo state has repaired an orphanage located on Iwo road in Ibadan.
The female corp member identified as Susan Abraham renovated the buildings and provided 14 mattresses, foodstuffs for the children of Mercy of God Home.
NAIJ.com gathered that the foodstuffs provided includes, bags of rice, garri and some provisions with toiletries for the home.
According to Abraham, the purpose of the good deed she did was to provide for the home and make it visible to people willing to help.

She said: “In my search for an orphanage, I came across one where the children live with polio, the condition is one of the poorest standards of living one can come across, and their illness is worsening and endangering the lives of their caregivers, only two women using their personal funds to run the home with little support from the society.”
The corp member further noted that the repairs were done as a personal community development service as one of the four cardinal points of the National Youth Service Corps.
She explained that organisations, religious bodies and some individuals provided support for the project.

Abraham said: “This project can only be sustainable if the government takes over the responsibility of the home.”
The young lady thanked God for the success of the project.
