Barcelona superstar Andrea Iniesta has reportedly agreed a new contract with the Spanish giants days after openly considered to face the exit doors at the club.
There has been serious controversy surrounding the future of Andrea Iniesta at Camp Nou with reports claiming that the winger is considering a move to Juventus.
Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has now explained that the 33-year-old Spanish international has agreed a new deal in principle.

“We already have an agreement in principle to renew his contract, and we hope to finalize it in the coming weeks.
“We are waiting these days to keep talking but Iniesta is a player that we want to see retire here and that he retires when he thinks he wants to retire.
“The idea is that he has an indefinite contract where it renews automatically every year until he thinks that he can retire or change,'' he stated.

Andrea Iniesta who has been superb for Barcelona since joining the club has a contract that will expire in June 2018.
