A twitter user, Onyema Isaac Ugo, has taken to the social media platform to lament after his brother was allegedly killed when confronting soldiers during the crisis in Abia state.
According to Ugo, his brother, Kelechi Metuh, was warned to stay away from the pro-Biafra group, Indigenous People of Bifara (IPOB), but he refused.

NAIJ.com notes that the aggrieved man accused the IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, of brainwashing his brother into joining the group.
He claimed that the late Kelechi left his hometown of Anara, Imo state, where he runs a thriving butchery, and headed to Umuahia, where he met his death in the IPOB struggle.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that the Arewa Youths Consultative Forum (AYCF) alleged that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, was plotting to flee the country through the Cameroonian border.
The group claimed that it had reports that Kanu was scheming to flee to Cameroon and escape back to the UK through the Cameroonian border.
