Super Eagles of Nigeria on Monday night, September 4, 2017 gave themselves a bright chance to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia after forcing Cameroon to a draw.
Nigeria won the first tie 4-0 in Uyo, and the Super Eagles had the chance of winning the second leg in Yaounde when Gent striker Moses Simon netted the first goal.
But Gernot Rohr's men conceded a penalty at the death as Nigeria will now have to wait for their next game in which they only need two points to qualify for the World Cup.

Meanwhile, Super Eagles players were in joyous mood after the game as they left Yaounde immediately, and Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho led the party inside the plane.
