Zambia head coach Wedson Nyirenda has summoned 20 local players in preparation for the must win encounter against the Super Eagles of Nigeria on October 7 in Uyo.
Nyirenda has also included Zambia Under-17 and Nkwazi winger Lameck Banda in the provisional squad to face Nigeria next month.

As at the time of filing this report, the Super Eagles of Nigeria is yet to release the list of players that will executive the all serious encounter with the Chipolopolo's of Zambia.
Super Eagles of Nigeria got off to a bright start in their 2018 World Cup qualifying campaign as they defeated Zambia 2-1 to pick up their first ever away win against the Chipolopolo.
