Loisy knew she was getting to the end of the road as she was stuck paying her tuition in 200 level. Worrying about what comes next made her stay in school for four days when everyone else had gone home.
The young lady said she went into the auditorium and walked round it seven times while praying and crying. She said she was too weak to walk at some point and she started crawling. She asked God not to let her drop out of school.
She did this for three days before she left the school. Second semester came in a rush; she could not resume because there was no money to pay. Her uncle, Olubiyi, had put up his car for sale to pay her fees. However, there was no buyer yet and she was stuck.
Her friends begged the porter to allow her stay in the hostel and go to classes pending the time the car would be sold. It was already eight weeks and she had missed a lot in school.
A week after she resumed in school, Mrs Adelaja, her friend’s mother, called her and asked her to send some of her documents to an email address. She did this and her life took an eventful turn.
Two days later, she received a call and the caller paid her school fees from the second year to her final year. That phone call she received that day did not allow her drop out of school. Loisy said she is yet to meet her sponsor, Mrs Dare Ajeni, till date despite the help she received from her.
