President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the death of Jide Tinubu, the eldest son of the national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, Punch reports.
The president offered his condolences to the Tinubu family in a statement released on Wednesday, November 1, by his special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina; and also called the APC national leader on the phone, to commiserate with him over the unfortunate incident.

NAIJ.com gathers that Buhari stated that the death of Jide Tinubu had robbed the nation of the services and potentials of the resourceful lawyer.
The president described the sad incident as ‘sad and painful’, and prayed that God would grant the Tinubu family the fortitude to bear the loss.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously reported that the speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, reacted to the death of Jide Tinubu, the eldest son of the All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
Dogara expressed shock over the incident, and praised the late Jide for being very hardworking and enterprising.
