Michael Emenalo is set to be appointed the technical director at Chelsea after resigning from the same position at Chelsea.
The former Super Eagles defender spent ten years at the London club but served in the capacity of technical director in the past six years.

He has had become one of Roman Abramovich's most trusted advisors at the club.

In his statement, Emenalo said he was quitting to be closer to his three children but the Mirror report AS Monaco is keen to employ him.

The 52-year-old has overseen three Premier League title victories, as well as Champions League, Europa League, FA Cup and League Cup successes since joining the club.
