Premier League champions Chelsea are reportedly considering bringing 24-year-old Belgian attacking midfielder Thorgan Hazard back to Stamford Bridge.
Thorgan is the younger brother of Chelsea star Eden Hazard, and the player is currently playing for Borussia Monchengladbach in the German League.
He joined the German club from Chelsea in 2015 on a four-year deal and has established himself in the team since joining the club.

According to Bild, the Stamford Bridge landlords still retain an interest in the Belgian and could be tempted to reunite the attacking midfielder with his siblings.

Thorgan who has previously indicated that he could be open to a return to English football has scored five times in 13 League games for Die Borussen so far this season.
