In an age where one hardly hears about students who perform exceptionally well in school, NAIJ came across the story of one Augusta Chinasa Ufondu.
According to her friend Uba Ebiere who wrote via Facebook, Chinasa graduated from the University of Nigeria (UNN) with a CGPA of 4.90 out of 5.00 making her the best graduating student of the school.
However, this amazing feat of Chinasa’s is not a fluke as she has always maintained a high standard of education. Read Uba’s post below:

“The Best Graduating Student of University of Nigeria Nssuka (UNN 2017) with the GPA of 4.90 out of 5.00. I was not just informed because I knew when it all started and how it went.
From Ozubulu, Anambra State, my best family friend and the younger sister to my girlfriend Ujunwa Vivian Ufondu, this genius emerged awesomely.
I thought I am intelligent but mine can never be compared to Chinasa Ufondu's own. She is extraordinarily brilliant. Years back at her house, she enjoys medically oriented educational movies more than any other.
At her primary school, she got her first scholarship and was taken to one of the most expensive & best school in Nigeria at Abuja.

After that, she scored 320 in her jamb and 90% in her UNN post-UTME and with scholarship plus another 2 oil & gas scholarships, she went for pharma*y at UNN.
Throughout her years in school, she only had 2 'Bs' with others 'As', I mean in all her courses from her year 1 to final year despite all hooks and grinds including the death of her father during one of her exams last year.
With CGPA of 4.90 out of 5.00, Chinasa has finally emerged as the best graduating student " UNN as a whole " with instant lecturing employment.
Join us to celebrate her oo! We are proud of her oo!!!”
Congratulations to Chinasa!
This is coming after the best graduating student in the faculty of health sciences in the same UNN was given the paltry sum of N26,000.
