Igbo apex organisation Ohanaeze Ndigbo on Monday, December 4, insisted that Nigeria must be restructured for it to move forward.
Punch reports that the president-general of the group Nnia Nwodo made this known while addressing a cross section of Igbos in the United States (US).
Nwodo condemned the re-instatement of the killer police officer who masterminded the killing of six Igbo traders at Apo village in Abuja some years ago.

He said: “The restructuring of Nigeria will better the lives of all Nigerians contrary to the view of those who want the status quo to remain.

‘’The meaning of restructuring is not ambigous as the revisionists claim. It implies the tinkering of the fiscal, structural and physical paradigms of Nigeria to give all sections a sense of belonging.”
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had reported that Chief Nwodo urged President Buhari to look into the infrastructural decay of the southeast.
