Real Madrid captain, Sergio Ramos, has insisted that there is no rift between himself and Cristiano Ronaldo as they both share with the goals and objectives for the club.
There have been series of reports of a rift between the Portuguese superstar and the club captain amid suggestions of escalating tensions at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Los Blancos find themselves eight points off the top in La Liga and were also beaten comfortably by Tottenham at Wembly in the Champions League.

A development that led to Ronaldo speaking out on a number of summer departures, including compatriots Pepe and Fabio Coentrao, Alvaro Morata and James Rodriguez; three of whom were close friends of Ronaldo.
The experienced quartet left as Real surprisingly replaced them with a rather young side players, an approach criticised by Ronaldo in the aftermath of the Spurs defeat at Wembley.
And Ronaldo's public questioning of the squad led to Ramos hitting back last month, backing the young Spaniards - the likes of Marco Asensio, Dani Ceballos and Marcos Llorente - and shrugging off questions over a potential Ronaldo departure. Ramos also supported a potential move for Neymar.
As such, amid suggestions of a growing Spanish presence in the dressing room leaving Ronaldo feeling marginalised, Ramos has come out openely to explain the calm nature of things at the Bernabea while dismising the negative rumours in the clearest of terms.
Speaking to TVE, the Spain and Real Madrid captain claimed: "Nothing has ever happened between him and me.
"There has always been a great friendship between us.
"We have a lot of personality and have some different opinions, but we're pulling in the same direction.
"A draw here is seen as a crisis. We have to remain calm, maintain confidence and go objective by objective. It may not be the best start to a season ever, but we're still there and we will fight for every title.
"I give the fans my word that we will show face to the end and to the death. We hope to come back from [the Club World Cup] with a title because it would be good for the group in terms of motivation.
"It would do us a lot of good, ahead of the Clasico."

Zidane has come under close scrutiny, despite claiming four pieces of silverware in 2017, with Los Blancos currently fourth.
There has been speculation that Madrid president Florentino Perez is looking for potential replacements for the Frenchman, but he offered Zidane a public vote of confidence on Monday.
"We have a team to keep dreaming with a wonderful trainer in Zinedine Zidane who has achieved everything with Real Madrid, the team of his life.
"He is one of our great symbols, one of the biggest icons who brings together the values and talent necessary to be the leader of one of the best squads we have ever had.
"He is the best leader for this team."
