Alvaro Morata is reportedly angry at Chelsea manager Antonio Conte for starting on from the bench in their Champions League 1-1 draw against Barcelona at the Stamford Bridge on Tuesday, February 20.
Brazil international Willian gave the Blues the lead in the 62nd minute but an Andreas Christensen’s mistake 15 minutes to the end of the game ensure Lionel Messi equalized for the Spanish side, as he also recorded his first goal against the Premier League side.
And the Spaniard, who was introduced into the games in the 82nd minute, has expressed his displeasure with the manager’s decision according to Mi Otra Liga
The 25-year-old, who has not been impressive in front of goals in recent times, was desperate to feature more prominently against Catalans owing to experience against the club while playing for Real Madrid.

But his manager was not confident enough to start him against a Barca team which is yet to lose a league game this season, with a superb attacking duo of Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

Meanwhile, they (Chelsea) will hope they can replicate their home form against the Catalans when they return for the second leg at Camp Nou next month.
Having left the Spanish capital last season in search of more playing time, Morata signed a five year deal worth about €66 million with the Blues, he is not featuring as much as he would have wanted before making that move in July.
The former Juventus forward has scored 12 goals in 34 appearances for the Blues in all competitions since he joined them last summer.
