Paris Saint Germain superstar, Neymar, has been ruled out for about eight weeks following the ankle injury he suffered in his side’s 3-0 victory over Marseille on Saturday.
The 26-year-old was stretched out in the 82nd minute of the encounter after sustaining a fractured metatarsal in a win that keeps them 14 points above Monaco on the log.
And the former Barcelona winger on Monday posted an image that showed his ankle in heavy strapping and surrounded by a brace.

With this revelation, the Brazil forward will not be available for selection when the Parisians file out against Real Madrid in the second leg of their Uefa Champions League round of 16 clash at the Parc Des Princess next month.
The French club trail by 3-1 in the reverse fixture at the Bernabeu on February 14, and coach Unai Emery’s side will be hoping they can bounce back to winning ways to progress to the quarterfinals of the competition.
But Los Blancos manager, Zinedine Zidane, has insisted he would not be happy to see Neymar ruled out of the return fixture.

“I do not like when a player gets hurt, I'm not happy about Neymar's injury. We never rejoice a rival player for injury.” Zidane told media.
Despite their very rich form in their domestic league, sitting at the summit of the table with 14 points clear of Monaco - Unai Emery's future remains in doubt provided he performs a miracle to stop Madrid in France.
Emery told Le Parisien: "The first exams reveal a twist to the ankle. Now we are going to do a medical examination to find out what the twist is.
"We will wait for the examination, we will be optimistic. For his participation against Real, if I had to say yes or no today... I would say yes."
Neymar moved to the Parc Des Princess last summer in a world record fee of about €200 million has 26 goals and 16 assists for PSG in 29 matches this season.
Meanwhile, before quitting the Camp Nou side, he won one Champions League title, two La Ligas and several others with the Catalans in his four year reign at the club.
