Premier League giants, Chelsea, is planning to offer Eden Hazard a huge contract renewal to ward off the growing interest from Real Madrid, according to reports.
The Belgian forward, has occasionally been identified as a top target for Los Blancos but Chelsea chiefs want Hazard to agree an extension worth around £300,000-a-week, claims the Daily Mail.
The current deal of the 27-year-old runs out in 2020 - meaning Chelsea are under no pressure to sell but the club are desperate to keep their star man happy.

Hazard's future could depend on the Blues qualifying for the Champions League after slipping out of the top four following their 2-1 defeat at Manchester United.
And Real's interest could disappear should Zinedine Zidane get fired for poor domestic form.
The Spaniards are also keen on Hazard's team-mate Thibaut Courtois as they look for a long-term option in goal.
Despite his ability, Hazard's attitude has been questioned as Chelsea's title defences fell apart under Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte.

"Every single player has to work with the ball and without the ball."
NAIJ.com previously reported that Premier League champions, Chelsea, have told Real Madrid that they will need to cough out £200m for Eden Hazard if they want him at the Santiago Bernabeu next summer, The Sun reports.
Coach Zinedine Zidane is a huge fan of the 27-year-old, and the feeling is reportedly mutual as the Belgian star is one of Real's top targets in the coming transfer windows.
