Chairman of Ughelli South Patriots, Chief Vincent Oduaran has declared that Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), will win at all levels in 2019 general election.
Oduaran called on the members of party in Delta state, who are planning to join opposition parties, to be aware that the party has all it takes to win the election, Vanguard reports.
NAIJ.com gathered that he revealed this in a statement signed by the Secretary, Chief Aghogho Kpokpodu after a meeting of the group.

He also lauded Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for his achievements despite the economic recession.

His said: ''I also thank the immediate past Deputy Governor, Professor Amos Utuama, Senator Emmanuel Aguariavwodo, former Minister of State for Education, Chief Kenneth Gbagi, and other notable PDP leaders in Ughelli South, for taking the party to greater heights''.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had reported that he All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ughelli South council area of Delta state felt the brunt of the leadership crisis rocking the state chapter of the party.
Over 500 members of the party defected to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led by a former House of Assembly aspirant of the party, Olorogun Samson Okomitie.
