A former National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) member, Stephana Chisom Ohiri, has come out to share the various projects she carried out during her service year in Niger state.
Unlike some other youth corp members who do not give back to the society where they were posted to, Ohiri was different as she engaged herself in various pet projects that cost her over one million naira.
Ohiri contacted Yabaleft where she wanted them to post the news article. In her short message, the young lady disclosed that despite her hardwork she is yet to be recognised in her state.

She said: “Please help a sister go public. I did a huge community development service project during my service year (Batch A 2016/2017) below are the photos of the projects executed by me in Minna, Niger State that cost me the sum of One Million, Two Hundred and Thirty Seven Naira (#1,237,000) only. I want you to help me spread my work because NYSC as a body both federal and state level did not recognize me because of my relocation factor. I relocated from Yobe State to Niger State based on insecurity grounds. I’ll be grateful if you do this for me.”
Part of the things Ohiri donated to the community includes traffic warden posts, public toilets, health check signposts among others.
