Reigning Spanish and European League champions Real Madrid have reportedly entered another battle with their bitter rivals Barcelona over the signing of Manchester United midfielder Daley Blind.
The Dutch professional footballer has fallen out of favor this season at Old Trafford under United manager Jose Mourinho, and it seems Blind is not even part of his plans for the second round of the season.
Currently Spanish La Liga leaders Barcelona reportedly see him as an option to fill the void left by Javier Mascherano's imminent exit to Hebei China Fortune.

Real Madrid on the other hand see Daley Blind as a potential bargain who could play alongside Sergio Ramos in the center of defense according to the report by Goal.
Daley Blind is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder, left-back and center-back for English club Manchester United and the Netherlands national team. He is the son of former Ajax defender and former Netherlands national team manager Danny Blind.
