A veterinary doctor in charge of the state house vet clinic, Haruna Tanko, has said that the herd of cattle seen grazing inside the Aso Rock presidential villa last week belonged to the presidency, Premium Times reports.
Tanko stated this in reaction to a viral video showing suspected herdsmen grazing their cattle within the Aso Rock vicinity.

NAIJ.com gathered that it was not clear how the animals and their herders accessed the restricted area of upmarket Asokoro district.
The video showed a herd of cattle led along a road near the entrance to the vice president’s official residence, obstructing vehicular movements.
In several parts of Abuja, cattle are freely led across main roads, stalling human and vehicular traffic - sometimes causing accidents.
In a previous report by NAIJ.com men suspected to be Fulani herdsmen launched attacks on Lawaru and Dung communities in Demsa local government area of Adamawa state on Monday, December 4.
The attackers are reportedly burning down villages in their ways and attacking residents as they flee to safety, according to report confirmed by the chairman, Numan local government area.
