Reigning Premier League champions Chelsea have earmarked Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater as a possible replacement for Nemanja Matic who has been sold to Manchester United.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is said to have identified the Englishman as a good replacement for Serbian international Matic who has penned a 3-year deal for the Red Devils.
According to the report, Antonio Conte wants the Blues to make a mega million bid for the 27-year-old player as he wants him to be part of his plans for the 2017/18 Premier League season and also the UEFA Champions League.

Although Danny Drinkwater's current contract at Chelsea will expire in the year 2021, but Chelsea are prepared to meet the demand of their fellow Premier League campaigners.
