Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud has admitted that he ashamed of the humiliating defeat his side suffered at Liverpool and has called for immediate change.
The striker has been linked with a move back to France this summer, with Lyon and Marseille keen to end his misery at the Emirates.

But despite being limited to cameo roles this season, including a 28-minute run-out in Sunday’s 4-0 loss to Liverpool, Giroud committed his future to Wenger’s under-fire team.

And speaking on French radio RMC, he believes change must now come at the club before they can compete for the title again.
He said: “I was ashamed when I left the pitch against Liverpool. We have to change something.
“I have decided to stay. It’s my choice, even if everyone does not understand it.
“I still want to win the Premier League here.”

The Gunners have not won the Premier League crown since 2004 and last season finished fifth as they missed out on the Champions League.
