John Mikel Obi has played his first match in four months after he featured in Tianjin Teda's 2 - 0 defeat to Hebei CFFC on Monday, August 14.
The 30-year-old faces the possibility of playing in next month’s Fifa World Cup qualifier against Cameroon.

The Super Eagles captain has not played in April 2 missing 20 games for the Tigers in the intervening period.
