The Presidency has released photos of renovations currently going on in President Muhammadu Buhari’s office, inside the Aso Villa, Abuja.
NAIJ.com gathered that presidential spokesman Garba Shehu, stated that Buhari was working from home because rodents invaded his office while he was abroad.

“Following the three months period of disuse, rodents have caused a lot of damage to the furniture and the air conditioning units,” Shehu said.

He further explained that it was impossible for his boss to operate from the office in that condition.

Shehu added that: “Some renovations are ongoing at the office, his fully equipped office in his residence. He will be back to the main office after the works.”
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had previously reported that President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday, August 21, resumed official duties in his office at his official residence after a three-month medical vacation.
