Chelsea star player Eden Hazard is the best dribbler in Europe's top five leagues ahead of Neymar and Lionel Messi, according to the latest research by the CIES Football Observatory.
The Belgian captain was judged by multiplying the number of dribbles per game with the percentage of successful ones.
The data reveals that Hazard averages 6.4 successful dribbles per 90 minutes in a Premier League match, with 75 per cent of his dribbles ending successful outcome, such as a pass to a team-mate, a shot or a goal.
Hazard edged Paris Saint Germain's Neymar who attempts more dribbles in a games but losses possession more often.
Neymar's success rate is identical to that of former Barcelona teammate, Lionel Messi at 62 per cent a-piece.
Tottenham midfielder, Mousa Dembele records the highest percentage of successful dribbles, but the stats show the Belgian is less likely to attempt them.

Dembele is leveled on the same score with Lyon's Tanguy Ndombele in the CIES index as the 21-year-old midfielder is currently on loan from Amiens.

Other Premier League players in the top 10 chart are Arthur Masuaku of West Ham, Sofiane Boufal and Mario Lemina of Southampton respectively.
Manchester United's record signing, Paul Pogba ranks joint-12th in the table with Watford's Andre Carrillo with 73 per cent.
Pogba has 73 per cent success rate in every three dribbles attempted in all Premier League fixture played.

Out of the top 15 dribblers on the list, nine of them are currently playing or formerly played in France, revealing the excellent the French system in developing skillful players.
Hazard has scored 15 goals in all competitions for Chelsea this season and has created a further 11 goals for his team mates.
Hazard's latest assist to Willian resulted into a goal that put Chelsea ahead at Old Trafford but Manchester United got back into the match to win 2-1.
