Argentine football star Lionel Messi has reportedly told Barcelona chiefs not to sign French professional and Lyon star Nabil Fekir at the end of the season.
The Frenchman is said to be a target for Barcelona in the summer, but Lionel Messi does not want to play with him at the Nou Camp.
According to the report by Spanish media Don Balon, Messi is happy with Philippe Coutinho who was snapped up from Liverpool in January 2018 and doesn’t want the dressing room dynamic upset.
Lionel Messi has now handed Real Madrid chiefs a huge transfer boost as the Spanish champions are also interested in signing the French midfielder.
Nabil Fekir is regarded as one of the hottest prospects in Ligue 1 considering his performances for Lyon.

Since breaking into the Lyon first-team, he’s racked up 145 appearances and scored 55 goals.
Real Madrid would want to bring him to the Bernabeu for him to assist Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo who has not been impressive this season in La Liga.
Los Blancos are currently occupying third position on the Spanish La Liga standings with 48 points after 24 games and they are 14 points behind leaders Barcelona.
