Ekiti state government new media strategist, Lere Olayinka has suggested that presidential aide, Garba Shehu has no moral authority to criticise the PDP.
Olayinka was reacting to Shehu's interview on Channels TV where the presidential aide said that the 16 years of PDP in government was of corruption.

He wrote on his Facebook page: “Has he forgotten that out of those 16 years of PDP, a certain Garba Shehu was in the Presidential Villa as a presidential aide appointed by Obasanjo to serve Atiku Abubakar as spokesperson?
“Out of 16 years of PDP, Garba Shehu was among those who ruled Nigeria for eight years, meaning he was corrupt for 8 years and he was on Channels TV this morning to announce it.”

Shehu recently accused ex-President Goodluck Jonathan of leaving the Nigerian economy in negative state when he left power in 2015.
Adamawa-born Shehu, who is a former president of the Nigerian Guild of Editors, worked as a media aide for former vice president, Atiku Abubakar.
